Shipping destinations
We ship only to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or any international locations. All orders must have a physical street address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), excluding U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons (such as holidays) or severe weather conditions, delays may occur. We will notify you via email if any significant delay is expected.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for every order. No minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges for shipping to any address within the continental United States.
Carriers
We select a shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other reputable carriers) at the time of dispatch based on package size, weight, and destination. You will receive the carrier name along with your tracking number.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You may track your package at any time using that link.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@maurices.lol within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
For lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors or your local post office. Then contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved after 5 business days, email us and we will initiate a carrier investigation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the correct address as provided by you.
Incorrect shipping address
You are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, email us immediately at info@maurices.lol. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch. However, once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we cannot make any changes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Order cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. Email us immediately. After 2 hours or once the order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
