Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods for all orders placed on maurices.lol:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal
We do not accept the following payment methods:
- American Express
- Discover
- Gift cards (except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy)
- Cash, checks, or money orders
- Buy now, pay later services such as Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, or Sezzle
- Cryptocurrencies or any other digital currencies
Payment timing
Payment is required at the time your order is placed. We authorize your payment method immediately to verify available funds. For Visa and MasterCard transactions, the full amount is deducted from your account upon order confirmation. For PayPal, the transaction is completed when you confirm the payment on PayPal’s website.
Payment security
All payment information transmitted through our Site is protected using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology (TLS 1.2 or higher). This means that your credit card details are encrypted before being sent from your browser to our payment processing partners.
We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our trusted payment partners, who are fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliant.
Billing information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases made on our Site. This includes your name as it appears on the card, billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVV (where required). We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify billing information or if the billing information does not match the cardholder’s records.
PayPal checkout
When you choose to pay with PayPal:
- You will be redirected from our Site to the secure PayPal website.
- Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment amount.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our Site for order confirmation.
We do not receive your PayPal login details, password, or full financial information. We receive only your PayPal account email address and a payment confirmation token.
Currency
All prices displayed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD). All transactions will be processed in USD. If you are using a credit card or PayPal account that operates in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply their own exchange rates and may charge additional foreign transaction fees. We are not responsible for such fees.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal:
- You will receive an error message during checkout.
- Your order will not be processed.
- No funds will be deducted from your account (although a temporary authorization hold may appear; this will be released by your bank within a few business days).
Please contact your financial institution directly for more information about why the transaction was declined. Once the issue has been resolved, you may place a new order.
Refunds to original payment method
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method you used at checkout. For example:
- If you paid with Visa, the refund will be credited to that same Visa card.
- If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account balance or linked bank account/card, depending on your PayPal settings.

- We process refunds within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
- After we process the refund, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (bank or credit card).
Payment disputes
If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please contact us first at info@maurices.lol before filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
