Welcome to the Maurices FAQ. We have gathered answers to the most common questions to help you quickly find the information you need. If you cannot find your answer here, please contact our support team at info@maurices.lol.

Ordering and shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order shipped to the continental United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international locations.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

A: Email us immediately at info@maurices.lol. We will try to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has started. You are responsible for providing the correct address.

Q: Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

A: At this time, we only offer standard shipping with free delivery. We do not offer expedited, overnight, or express shipping options.

Returns and refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Defective items are automatically accepted.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. We also do not charge any restocking fee.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email info@maurices.lol with your order number and return reason. We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. After we process the refund, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The total time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Q: What items cannot be returned?

A: Gift cards and items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, gift cards, cash, checks, or buy now pay later services.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All payment information is encrypted using SSL. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners.

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: Your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately when you place your order.

Q: What if my payment is declined?

A: Your order will not be processed. Contact your bank or card issuer for details, then place a new order.

Q: How quickly do you respond to emails?

A: We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 business hours (usually sooner).

Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit?

A: No. We are an online-only retailer. We do not have any public storefront, and we do not offer local pickup or in-person appointments.

Products

Q: Where can I find product details?

A: Detailed product descriptions, sizes, and materials are available on each product page. If you have additional questions not answered there, please email us.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase. Any mention of gift cards in our policies refers only to external gift cards that customers may use as payment (which we do not accept except as noted in our Return & Refund Policy).

Account and privacy

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information and view order history.

Q: How do I delete my account or personal data?

A: Email us at info@maurices.lol with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

Q: Do you share my information with third parties?

A: We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers) as necessary to fulfill your order, or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
