Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The return window begins on the day your package is delivered, not the order date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn (no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer)
  • In their original packaging (including boxes, bags, tags, and accessories)
  • Defective items are automatically accepted regardless of the above conditions, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If a returned item is rejected, we will contact you and offer to ship it back to you at your cost.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. No restocking fee will be charged under any circumstances.

How to return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@maurices.lol with your order number and the reason for return. Please include photos if reporting a defective item.
  2. Within 1 business day, we will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the packing slip.
  4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location (USPS, FedEx, or UPS as indicated on the label).
  5. Keep the receipt or tracking number for your records.

Please do not send returns to any other address. Items sent to a different address may not be received or processed.

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will process the refund immediately to your original payment method (the same card or PayPal account used for the purchase).

After we process the refund, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal. We have no control over this delay.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been processed by us.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards (except where required by law)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” on the product page
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our refund confirmation email:

  1. First, check your bank or credit card account again. Sometimes refunds post without notification.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card issuer. Many institutions take additional time to post refunds.
  3. If you have completed both steps and still have not received the refund, email us at info@maurices.lol with your order number and we will investigate further.
